Well, you click to let the rod and hook go down into the water, and on the way up, you move it left and right using the mouse. Do so in order to grab as much fish as possible on the way up, and there will be certain types you have to grab a certain amount of times in order to complete the level. When the fish are brought up, they will be thrown into the air, so when they are there, shoot them with the mouse by clicking on them, and you will get points needed to then upgrade and get better weapons.
