Your box is sitting in the middle, and underneath the line, you can see two spaces to the left and right. Those are the two areas where you can hit the triangles correctly, so when they reach that space, press the right or left arrow to hit them, depending on the side they are coming from. You get points in return, and you need to make sure that you don't get hit too much because if your health bar depletes, you lose. Instead, try surviving for as long as possible, since your gameplay time is being counted at the top with a clock. For each new level, after having earned points, go to the shop to buy upgrades and power-ups, so that when bigger challenges arrive you are ready to take them on. For example, you can have power-ups that let you hit on a bigger distance or some that guarantee that each strike you make is successful, for a limited time, of course.
