In each of the thirty levels of this game, which get progressively harder, you clear them once you have surrounded the impostors by blue water. Don’t let red water fall on them, or you lose, and you can neutralize it by dropping the blue one over it.

To release the water from their various containers, use the mouse to pull the pins and move them around, so figure out the right order to do all that and finish the stage. Depending on your performance you can get from one to three stars per level.

Also, with the stars you earn you can unlock new skins for the impostors, so try getting a lot and have fun with all of the astronauts. Enjoy!
