To do so, move your blocky avatar using the mouse, follow the arrows on the screen that point you towards food, and eat as much as is needed to fill up the progress bar, completing the level this way.

With the money, you earn you can go over to the shop and buy bombs and guns. Either way, with or without them, make sure the blue monster does not catch you, you are going to lose the game.
