With the mouse or touch controls, you drag and hold to set the angle and power at which you will shoot your people, shooting them at the targets sitting on various platforms, having to knock down all of them to win.

Of course, you have a limited number of people you can shoot per level to achieve that, so aim to bring down multiple targets with fewer shots, even when you get upgraded people with powers to take aim with.
