On the menu to the right you can find all the cosmetics you want to use, and make facial features changes:

• pick a new skin tone to make the doll resemble you more
• change the eye color with contact lenses
• change the shape of the eyelashes
• add blush to the cheeks
• change the eyebrows' shape
• add eye-shadow over the eyes
• use lipstick in your favorite color

Dress up the doll into a princess!

Use the menu on the right after changing to dressing up to mix and match all the items there:

• dresses from your favorite Disney Princesses
• their hairstyles as well
• earrings and necklaces
• head accessories like crowns, bows, bandanas
• pick the perfect pair of shoes
• don't forget to choose a bag as well

You can change the background for the doll princesses as well.
