Well, there are going to be pets in the air, hanging by the balloons, floating around. What they want to do is fall into the boxes, where food or bones or fish are waiting for them. You help them by popping the balloons, which you do by shooting the cannon at them. Make sure that you shoot at the right moment so they fall where they have to, or else you love the level.
