You have to be Otis riding a bike, putting the pedal to the metal and driving fast in order to reach the pickup truck driven by the coyotes, who are going to the farm to hurt the animals, so you must save them. Use the up and down arrow keys to control the chopper, avoid any of the obstacles on the track, because they are going to slow you down, and make sure to also drive over the bonus items.
The milk gives you extra speed, the toolbox repairs any damage that you've had on the bike, and the yellow marks give you extra points. Don't let the chopper get too damaged, or you lose. The faster that you finish a level, the more points you get, and there are three pickup trucks you need to reach to win the game.
