For each location you have to find and pack only one outfit, so you are going to pick only one item from the clothes section, one from the accessories one, and one pair of shoes that go best with it. You are going to dress up Ariel in this way not once, but for multiple cities in America, such as Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, and more.

You are then going to have to find the best style for hitchhiking, using the clothes, accessories, footwear, and hairstyles available in Ariel's wardrobe to the right.
