In each of the game's 20 incredible levels, you have to help the birds defeat the aliens who have invaded their home. Shoot the birds from the slingshot to hit and destroy all of the alien targets. Don't leave even one of them standing!
If even one of the aliens is still standing, and you have no more birds that you can shoot them with, you lose the level and you have to restart. Good precision and careful targeting will result in success for you in each level and a big score!
Master the powers of the birds!
Each bird that you shoot from the slingshot, if you click/tap while they are moving, has a different special ability that you can activate. Make sure to use them to their full extent! There are four types of birds, each with a different special power:
- Red - blows up;
- Blue - multiplies;
- Yellow - dashes at super-sonic speed;
- Black - blows up, but with a bigger area of destruction than Red;
Accuracy - the key of the game!
This will become especially true when you encounter the enemy aliens that are moving. Some of them move in carts on rails, or on stairs going up and down. Figure the best timing to shoot them up and don't let them avoid you!
Destroy and earn!
You don't get points added to your score just by hitting the aliens. You get more points when you shoot down their houses and tear down the structures around them. The more destruction you cause, the bigger your score gets!
Another reason to do this is to make the wood, metals, rocks, or glass fall on the other aliens around, and destroy them without having to use up one of your birds. Create chain reactions from destruction to score big and finish the levels fast!
Get all the stars!
Based on how many birds you shot to clear the level you will be granted stars at the end of them. The fewer shots you take to complete a level, the more stars. Try to get 3/3 each time, for a perfect score of 60 stars by the end of the game!
Avoid your friends!
At a certain point in the game friends appear. They are jelly-like creatures in yellow. If you hit any of them, you instantly lose. Figure a way to shoot past them no matter how intricate the design of the level is!
Defeat the bosses!
The game features two bosses, one at level 10, and one at level 20. The first boss is a huge alien with wings who flies around. The second boss is a huge alien monster who drops bombs. For both of them, you need to shoot them three times, since they have three lives.
- the final boss drops bombs on your friends, so shoot the bombs and make them explode near the boss to take it out;
