Use the WASD keys to move and space to jump, and make sure to jump from the red parts to the red parts on the courses, avoiding the green ones in between, because they are toxic, and if you touch them too many times, the environment kills you.

Keep jumping from one checkpoint to another and try reaching as farther up through the courses as possible, and you should also collect diamonds along the way too, since you can use them for buying new skins, such as the Red Guard.
