The FNF Trepidation mod, featuring the 1.5 version, meaning the latest one of them, allows you to go up against various urban legends of the internet from the world of Creepypasta, on quite a lot of weeks, and quite a lot of songs, as you will see in the following list:

In the main menu you need to choose between playing in the story mode or free play mode, and then, in either case, defeat the monsters by reaching the end of the songs, something that can only be done by hitting notes according to the charts until that point.

So, when you see floating arrow symbols match above BF's head, to the right, that is when you need to press the identical arrow keys to hit your notes, doing it until the song ends to win while being careful not to miss too many notes in a row, you will instead lose, which happens when your health bar gets depleted.
