You can click on two of them at a time, turning them around, and when they are the same, the two cards get removed, and you get 200 points in return. Be careful, because, for each pair of cards that is not the same when you flip them, you lose 20 points, so hopefully, you remember where the cards are, it does not happen often, and thus you get a really big score.
