Your goal in each level is to take the arrow tile in yellow and bring it to the yellow tile at the end because only then you will have cleared the level. To do so, use the mouse to move the tile around the other ones, but know that it is only going to move into the direction that the arrow on it is pointing towards.

There will be items along the way through which you pass and change the direction of your arrow, so use them, and then click and move other tiles with the mouse so that you can use them to stop your arrow and make it go in another direction, or preventing them from blocking your path. It is the red tiles that can be moved.
