You will have crewmates in front of you, and you need to match at least three identical ones in a row, horizontal or vertical, for those items to be removed, and you gain points in return. This way, for each level of the game, try to make a score as big as possible, while avoiding to let the bar deplete totally, which happens when you are not making any matches.
