You will have several missions to perform, with the first one being the rescue of a cat that is lost. The first thing you do is put posters through the city, so people know to be on the lookout for it. When you find it trapped in a mailbox, save it. Use the tool to remove the screws and then put some milk in a bowl to convince the cat to get out.

You will wash it up, as it is dirty, you will treat its injuries, and then you put the mailbox back together. Among other things you do is repair a building that was wrecked, and you can also repair and help salvage as much as possible in the port, which was hit by a typhoon.
