You go to the left and to the right using corresponding arrow keys, with the goal of catching the ninjalinos from that direction, and getting them to the middle, where you throw them in a wooden box. You have to catch as many as there are necessary until you fill up the icons on the top left. Watch out for the slime that is falling from the top of the screen, because it stops you.
