In each level, you have multiple zombies to take down by shooting them with arrows, or you can shoot into blocks and make them fall on them, or even make a zombie you shot hit the others to knock them down.

Eliminate all your targets with the given number of arrows for that level to clear it, so that you can always get 3 out of 3 diamonds as rewards per stage. You will sometimes have to shoot into levers to open doors, or even shoot into walls to make the arrows bounce and change direction in flight.
