First, you will select the car you want to fix. The car is going to be not only damaged, but also really dirty. On the bottom fo the game screen you find the tools you need to wash it and fix it. Arrows will point towards the item you need to use at any time, and then you click with it on the car, in order for the tool to do it's job.
