You will do great from the start if you played the previous one, but if not, learn how these games work from this next part of the description! Your goal in each level is to remove the orange blocks before the time runs out on you. Also, keep the green ones, as they can't be removed. The blue ones can be removed if you want to, or not. The orange ones with sunglasses cannot be removed by clicking them, only by removing other blocks and making them fall. Their faces is going to show you the direction of their gravity.
